The Buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer or via the Internet using electronic banking - this is an advance payment using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer. To use this form of payment, the buyer must sign an e-banking agreement with one bank. When paying for goods in this way, the buyer makes a payment in the electronic banking system in accordance with his paid order. Responsibility for data security lies with this bank, since all monetary transactions are carried out in the banking system of electronic banking. The seller is automatically informed about the successful or unsuccessful payment by the buyer of the order.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within 2-5 working days from the receipt of the notification of payment, unless an individual delivery time is indicated in the description of the goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery of the goods.
Please note that if the item is delivered to the courier on Friday, you will be delivered as soon as possible on Monday.
You will be notified by email that the item has been sent to you (sent to the courier). If the courier does not contact you and does not deliver the ordered goods within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the e-mail, please inform us by e-mail info@vezimeliu-kampelis.lt
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to require the Seller to deliver the goods to the wrong person.
Please note that upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for damage. If you notice a violation of the shipment, you have every right not to accept the parcel and mark it on the invoice.
It is also important to check that you have received as many packages as indicated on the invoice. Please note that when signing the invoice, the parcel is considered to be free of defects and claims against courier services are not accepted.
In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the delivery time if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to the circumstances of the Buyer.
